In cases where the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described. The Contracting Authority requires the subject of the contract to be executed within the following deadlines, counted from the date of conclusion of the contract: Package 1 – 20 calendar days, Package 2 – 20 calendar days, Package 3 – 60 calendar days, Package 4 – 60 calendar days. Package 5 - 60 calendar days. Package 6 - 60 calendar days.

As part of the additional criterion for evaluating offers, the Contractor may declare a reduction in the deadline for implementing the subject of the contract. In the event of a contract being concluded on Package 6, the provisions regarding co-financing from the budget of the Województwa Podkarpackiego for 2026 and the logo will not apply and will be removed.
