The intention is to award the specialist planning services for technical equipment (ELT) under Section 4, Subsection 2 of the HOAI in stages. As part of this procedure, the basic services of performance phases 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8, as well as special services of performance phase 8, are to be awarded. Ravensburg, Minneggstr. 1, Extension of the Administrative Building VBBW Amt Ravensburg as a Replacement New Building. The Ravensburg Office will be consolidated. For this purpose, an extension building is planned on the hillside. The entire electrical infrastructure from the grid connection to the end user must be planned for the new building. The system must be dimensioned to ensure maximum operational safety, cost-effectiveness and flexibility for changing workplace concepts. The main distribution should be from the existing building and redesigned so that it supplies both building sections. Planning of a transparent, digital metering structure for separate recording of the two building sections for operational energy management. For self-supply, a large-area photovoltaic system (incl. feed-in of surplus and/or battery storage) should be planned to maximize the proportion of self-generated power. Planning of a flexibly usable and highly efficient LED lighting system with daylight and presence control for the different office areas and meeting rooms. The aim is to implement an innovative, flexible and sustainable technical building equipment for approx. 50 IT workplaces. The building is to be designed as a "Smart Office". The infrastructure must meet the requirements of a modern "Smart Office" with flexible workplace concepts (hot-desking, open space), high bandwidth and comprehensive mobility (Wi-Fi). The existing central server room in the existing building is to be expanded in the new building and connected to the existing network infrastructure and designed to be fail-safe.
