Poland – Forestry services – "Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Skierniewice w roku 2027"

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests, covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, forest nurseries and seed production, as well as other works related to management, to be carried out in the Skierniewice Forest District in 2027. The subject of the contract will be divided into 5 parts ("Packages"). The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, forest seed production and nursery, as well as other works related to management, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex 2.2.1. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in terms of timber harvesting; Annex 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in the forestry; Annex 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber extraction; Annex 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and extraction; Annex 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; Annex 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest stands; Annex 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out using a planter. 3) The material scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex 2 have an estimated character. 4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" Annex 3.2. Parameter Tables (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" Annex 3.3. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex 3.4. Parameter Tables (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex 3.5. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works" Annex 3.6. Parameter Tables (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works" The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management (activities) in Annex 3.3. to the SWZ and Annex 3.5. to the SWZ detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ). If an activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex 3.1. to the SWZ or Annex 3.3. or 3.5. to the SWZ do not apply. The Parameter Tables contain (separately for each Package) detailed information regarding the manner of implementation of some of the activities described in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works or in Annex 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management or in Annex 3.5. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works, under the special conditions relating to a given Package constituting the subject of the contract. 5) Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forest works (activities) constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works has been included in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 7) The subject of the contract has been divided into parts ("Package") Package 1 – forest districts: Babsk and Julianów; Package 2 – forest districts: Chociw and Rylsk; Package 3 - forest districts: Łasieczniki, Nieborów and Zwierzyniec; Package 4 - forest districts Grabina, Staropol and Ruda Package 5 - Central Nursery
