Germany – Engineering design services for mechanical and electrical installations for buildings – Neubau Feuerwehrhaus Ober-Lais, Nidda - Leistungen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung gemäß §55 HOAI

The City of Nidda plans the construction of a new fire station in the district of Ober-Lais. The space programme of the planned new building comprises a net area of 490.00 m², the construction costs of cost groups 200-400 amount to 3,12 million Euro gross, of which 870,000 Euro gross fall to cost group 400 construction costs. The services for the technical building equipment of plant groups 1-5, 7 and 8 according to §55 HOAI, LPH 1-9, classified in fee zone II, are to be tendered. The appointment will be made in stages: Stage 1 HOAI LPH 1, 2, 3, 4 and Stage 2 HOAI LPH 5, 6, 7, 8 and Stage 3 HOAI LPH 9.
