The subject of the order is the supply of sauces, soups, processed spices, coffee and tea, as well as natural honey and juices and nectars in 2027 (warehouses in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica), in accordance with the specifications, quantities and requirements indicated by the Purchaser, and on the terms set by the Purchaser. Description and number of contract lots: Number of tasks: 4 Task 1: Supply of sauces, soups, processed spices in 2027 (warehouses in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica) Task 2: Supply of coffee and tea in 2027 (warehouses in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica) Task 3: Supply of natural honey in 2027 (warehouses in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica) Task 4: Supply of juices and nectars in 2027 (warehouses in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica) Delivery locations for tasks 1, 2, 3 and 4 - the warehouses are located at: warehouse - ul. Bema 2, 86-300 Grudziądz warehouse - ul. Jagiełły 6, 86-300 Grudziądz warehouse - ul. Dworcowa 6A, 86-134 Grupa warehouse - Al. 3-go Maja 4, 86-200 Chełmno warehouse - ul. Czwartaków 1, 87-300 Brodnica The subject of the order must meet the requirements in accordance with the applicable food law, in particular, including: 1) the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and feed safety (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended); 2) the Act of 21 December 2000 on the commercial quality of agricultural and food products (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1980, as amended) 3) the Act of 16 December 2005 on products of animal origin (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 872, as amended); 4) Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin (OJ EU L 139, p. 55 of 30.04.2004, as amended); 5) Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (OJ EU L 139, p. 1 of 30.04.2004, as amended); 6) Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety (OJ EU L 31, p. 1 of 1 February 2002, as amended). The subject of the order will be delivered in packages marked in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of 23 December 2014 on the marking of individual types of foodstuffs (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 29, as amended) and Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC (OJ EU L 2004.338.4, as amended), as well as the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and feed safety (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended). The packaging must contain at least the information indicated in the contract documentation. The Purchaser does not allow the use of substitute packaging for food products during the implementation of this contract.
