This consultation aims to define the works for the restoration of cornices to be carried out as part of the redevelopment project of the town hall of Annecy located in the department of Haute Savoie (74). The other lots have already been awarded. The buyer requires the submission of a base offer and a mandatory variant in accordance with Article R. 2151-9 of the Public Procurement Code. Therefore, candidates must submit a tender for the base offer and the variant for this lot. To this end, candidates must comply with the minimum requirements indicated in the CCTP of the relevant lot.

It is noted that the preparation period is set at 2 months and the execution deadline is 60 days. The estimated date for the notification of the OS start order is early December 2026. Work begins at the end of the preparation period. An early completion bonus is provided for in Article 7.5.1 of the CCAP.
