Procurement of car batteries. Any interested economic operator may submit an offer to the contracting authority, requests for clarification may be submitted up to the 18th day before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. The minimum/maximum quantities of AC, and the minimum/maximum quantities of CS are detailed in Annex No. 1 to the terms of reference, and in the lots of the award documents. Subsequent contracts will be concluded quarterly/semi-annually/annually and depending on the budgetary credits allocated.
