This tender concerns the provision of audit services in Frederiksberg Municipality. The audit covers all accounts and accounting areas under Frederiksberg Municipality, including Socialtilsyn Hovedstaden and DAB, as well as relevant special accounts, statements and reports. For Socialtilsyn Hovedstaden, the audit involves a review of whether the rates have been set in accordance with the principles in the notification on Socialtilsyn for municipal offers and the framework agreement of Region Hovedstaden in this area. The audit of DAB, which administers the municipality's general housing, does not include a separate review of the individual housing accounts, but only a reconciliation between the municipality's bookkeeping and DAB’s accounts for the housing. The reporting on Socialtilsyn Hovedstaden and DAB is included as part of the overall audit of the municipality's annual accounts. In addition, the audit covers other accounts with economic or accounting affiliation to Frederiksberg Municipality, including the supply companies, which are operated as independent limited companies in a supply concern under the parent company Frederiksberg Forsyning A/S, which is 100 percent owned by Frederiksberg Municipality.
