Poland – Desktop computer – "Zakup zestawów komputerowych, mobilnych stanowisk komputerowych oraz stanowisk serologicznych" w ramach realizacji projektu pn.: "Inteligentny Szpital - Inwestycja w infrastrukturę cyfrową"

The subject of the procurement is the "Purchase of computer sets, mobile computer workstations and serological workstations" as part of the implementation of the project entitled "Intelligent Hospital – Investment in Digital Infrastructure," financed under the National Reconstruction Plan (NPR) through the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK). 2. The subject of the procurement includes the delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of computer equipment in a total quantity of 453 units. 3. The description of the subject of the procurement is contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the procurement. 4. The offered subject of the procurement must be in accordance with the Technical parameters of computers specified in Annex No. 1.1 to the Offer Form. Failure to meet the required parameters gives the Buyer the basis for rejecting the offer. 5. By specifying in the SWZ the trade names of the products that are the subject of the procurement, the Buyer defines the minimum technical parameters, usability and quality features that equivalent products must meet in order to meet the requirements. 6. Whenever the subject of the procurement has been described using trademarks, patents or the origin, source of a special process, which characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, or standards, European technical approvals, certifications, technical specifications and technical reference systems, it is understood that the description is accompanied by the term "or equivalent". The Buyer, in accordance with Article 101(4) of the Act, allows equivalent solutions to those described. 7. The Contractor, who in the offer refers to the use of products equivalent to those described in the SWZ, is obliged to prove that the products offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Buyer, by entering the name and configuration of the equivalent product in the offer form and proving the equivalence of the offered product in relation to the given position in the table of Technical parameters of the offered equipment. 8. The Buyer does not allow the submission of partial offers. 9. The Contractor may submit only one offer within the subject of the procurement. Submission by the Contractor of more than one offer or an offer containing alternatives will result in the rejection of all offers submitted by the given Contractor. 10. The Buyer does not allow the submission of variant offers. 11. The Buyer envisages the possibility of invalidating the subject procedure due to lack of funds, if the public funds which the Buyer intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the procurement have not been granted to him. The above possibility of invalidating the procedure has been envisaged, in accordance with Article 257 of the Pzp, in the notice of the procurement. 13. The Buyer envisages the possibility of invalidating the subject procedure in the event of receiving information about the withdrawal (loss) of the financial resources allocated for this purpose.
