Description: Due to restructuring in the logistics and operations area at Cologne/Bonn Airport, a new location for the Border Inspection Post (hereinafter BIP) is required on the western airport operational area. The Veterinary Station is a Border Inspection Post (BIP) where the Border Inspection Post unit of the Environmental and Consumer Protection Department, Food Control and Veterinary Services of the City of Cologne examines animals and products of animal origin, as well as food of plant origin before import into the EU to prevent the introduction of animal diseases or hazards to the consumer. The new building is therefore a goods inspection and administrative building. The subject of this procurement is timber construction and roof waterproofing works.
