The framework agreement being tendered, the contracting authority wishes to procure maintenance, servicing and replacement of:

•Mechanical locking

•Perimeter security

•ADK – Access control system

•AIA – Building alarm system

•TVO – CCTV

For further details regarding the procurement, refer to the relevant appendices. The framework agreement being tendered has a duration of 4 years. The framework agreement may be extended by 4x12 months. The estimated value of the framework agreement is expected to amount to DKK 300,000,000. The maximum value of the framework agreement amounts to DKK 390,000,000. Consumption can only be considered an estimate and is therefore not binding on the contracting authority. The contracting authority has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the framework agreement from the selected tenderer, pursuant to the framework agreement's section 1.3. Energinet is the contracting authority for the framework agreement, which also includes Energinet's subsidiaries etc., pursuant to the framework agreement's sections 1.4 and 1.5.
