The products to be procured are as follows: Framework Agreement, for a period of 48 months – Supply and transport of ballast aggregates. The Framework Agreement, for a period of 48 months – Supply and transport of ballast aggregates necessary for carrying out works related to improving the technical condition and viability, traffic fluidity, and increasing road safety. Depending on the complexity of the clarification requests addressed by the economic operators, for which the answers should be published by the first deadline indicated above, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to publish the responses to the respective clarifications within a maximum of 10 days until the submission of offers. The deadlines for responding to clarifications have been set so that economic operators have an adequate period for analyzing the Award Documents and, subsequently, for preparing offers in light of the responses provided by the Contracting Authority. Any clarification request submitted after the mentioned date will put the Contracting Authority in a position to not be able to provide a response and, as a result, will be considered LATE.
