Mozaïek Wonen will soon start a procurement procedure to conclude a framework agreement with three contractors for a period of four years. The aim is to (structurally) sustain our housing stock in combination with planned maintenance. The scope includes, among other things, the preparation and execution of the works, communication with residents and participation. In addition, we opt for a long-term cooperation in which efficient working, learning ability and continuous improvement are central. In the procurement, Mozaïek Wonen follows the European procurement rules for contracting authorities and chooses a restricted procedure. More information about the vision and objectives of Mozaïek Wonen on the assignment and the cooperation can be found in the attached vision document. The maximum number of dwellings that can be carried out under the framework agreement amounts to 3000 for all contractors of the framework agreement together.
