Project for the construction of a property complex in Caen for SNCF Réseau staff. This project aims to modernise and rationalise regional railway infrastructure while meeting the requirements of sustainable development and energy efficiency. The essential challenges and objectives of this initiative, as well as its nature and the main actors involved, will be presented through the operation programme. The operation programme is divided into 5 volumes, in addition to this note, and will include the following elements:
