The subject of the framework agreement is the provision of services related to the maintenance and repair of the ISSeP laboratory equipment. Description of the services to be performed: this will cover the following services: maintenance, troubleshooting, technical interventions, spare parts for all the equipment in the park described in the various lots. These services fall under the CPV code: 50410000-2; 50000000-5. This is a framework agreement for services in a sector sensitive to fraud: NO. All the terms governing the framework agreement are set out in this special tender specifications. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single contractor. The modalities relating to the award of contracts based on this framework agreement are set out in the section "Award and allocation of subsequent contracts" below. The tenderer completes the inventory, entitled "Annex 2", attached to this special tender specifications. They enter the required information and perform the necessary arithmetic operations. The tenderer must respond to all items in the inventory of a lot. Otherwise, their offer will be declared irregular and thus excluded from the relevant lot. An incomplete offer with respect to a lot results in the exclusion of the offer for that lot. The contracting authority reserves the right to award only certain lots and, if necessary, to decide that the other lots will be the subject of one or more new contracts, if necessary, according to another award procedure.
