Netherlands – Printing and related services – Reprografische-, drukwerk- en dataprintdiensten

The municipality of Tilburg intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of reprographic, print and data print services for its organisation. The contract involves the production, processing and distribution of physical and digital document streams, with quality, reliability, user-friendliness and sustainability being central. The contract is divided into two lots: - Lot 1 includes reprographic and print services, including print, copy, scan and print work, finishing, large format printing and fulfilment. - Lot 2 includes data print services, including the automated processing of data files, the generation of personalised documents and the management of physical and digital distribution. One contractor will be contracted per lot. The contracting authority estimates the contract for Lot 1 Reprographic and Print Services at €250,000 per year. This is only an indication, no rights can be derived from it. The maximum value of the contract is €1,200,000 for the entire contract duration including extension option. The contracting authority estimates the contract for Lot 2 Data Print Services at €20,000 per year. This is only an indication, no rights can be derived from it. The maximum value of the contract is €100,000 for the entire contract duration including extension option.
