Finland – Business services: law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing and security – Lakipalveluiden puitejärjestely / Sopimusoikeus, yhtiöoikeus ja riidanratkaisu

The subject of this procurement is the legal services ("Services") to be provided to Gasgrid Finland Oy ("Procuring Entity") and its subsidiaries, Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy. The Procuring Entity is seeking, in this procurement, the following professional service providers to provide legal services to meet its needs in the following areas: contract law, corporate law and dispute resolution / 4 providers. Including, among others: - Broad contract law and corporate law matters and assisting and representing the Client in situations related to contract disputes and dispute resolution. - Assisting the Client in infrastructure projects and consortium working groups, particularly related to the Client's hydrogen business in national and international infrastructure projects. - Advisory services covering various legal fields, particularly related to the legislation, agreements and practices of the energy sector, hydrogen and gas markets. The selected Service Provider must be able to provide the Services in Finnish, Swedish and English. The contract will enter into force from the date of signature and will be in force for 4+2+2 years. The Services are scheduled to commence at the end of 2026 (estimated in October). This procurement is subject to the special procurement law for units operating in the water and energy supply, transport and postal services sector, i.e. the Act on Procurements and Usage Rights Agreements of Units Operating in the Water and Energy Supply, Transport and Postal Services Sector (1398/2016).
