Within the Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland (VRK) there is currently a lack of an up-to-date and comprehensive overview of the paper and digital information management. Paper and digital information objects are scattered and sometimes stored in multiple copies across various sources, including cabinets, network drives, cloud storage, local environments, and email. A significant portion of this information consists of unstructured files that have been created over time and are used and managed by various VRK departments. The tender relates to the existing information management of VRK. The assignment includes the analysis, assessment, cleanup, structuring, plotting, and migration-readiness of existing information objects in accordance with the processing framework established by VRK. VRK will provide the location of the existing information objects to the contractor. The goal is to create a demonstrably compliant, orderly, and future-proof information environment. The amount mentioned below is not representative of the assignment. The amount is included solely to enable the assignment to be published on TenderNed. The estimated value of the assignment cannot be determined exactly in terms of amounts due to the nature of the assignment. The quantity of information objects is given in paragraph 2.2. It should be noted that after an initial inventory, it may turn out that part of this quantity may not be eligible for further processing, for example due to the age of these information objects. No rights can be derived from this tender. Given political, economic, budgetary, organizational, and/or managerial developments and the associated growth and decline of the contracting authority, it is possible that the assignment may expand, shrink, or change. These developments may affect the scope of the assignment. Applicants should take this into account.
