This framework agreement concerns the supply of collection bins, spare parts and accessories for door-to-door waste collection. The description of the expected services is specified in the Particular Conditions of the Contract (CCP). This framework agreement is a mixed contract, in accordance with article L1111-5 of the CCP, covering both supplies and services. The supplies component is higher than the services component, so the procurement rules for supplies will apply. Place(s) of performance: -68300 Saint-Louis Agglomeration Area. Contract type: This is a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders. This framework agreement sets out all the conditions for the performance of the services. It is performed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. The purchase orders may vary over the initial duration of the framework agreement defined in article 3.3 of the tender rules, within the following limits: MINIMUM ANNUAL AMOUNT: 20 000 euro(s) excluding VAT. MAXIMUM ANNUAL AMOUNT: 225 000 euro(s) excluding VAT. This contract is not subject to a division into lots or into tranches. The delivery times for the orders and any other element essential to their performance will be specified in each purchase order issued. These times must, however, comply with the terms of the framework agreement, as set out in the contract (AE) and the Particular Conditions of the Contract (CCP). The maximum delivery time is set by the contractor in article 6 of the contract. This time will become contractual and binding on the contractor.
