Framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, with a duration of 4 years for Maintenance of sports grounds for the Sports Bases under the administration of the Municipality of Arad, through the Sports Bases Service. in accordance with all the requirements of the terms of reference, in accordance with all the legal provisions in force. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification addressed within the time limit set out in Section I.1 (with 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders) on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The minimum and maximum quantities relating to the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts are found in the terms of reference. Minimum value of subsequent contract: - 1,413,101 lei without VAT. Maximum value of subsequent contract: - 6,782,707 lei without VAT. Minimum value of framework agreement: - 11,304,808 lei without VAT. Maximum value of framework agreement: - 54,261,656 lei without VAT. The framework agreement comes into force on the date of signature, and the first subsequent contract related to it will be awarded after the expiry of the last possible subsequent contract that can be concluded on the basis of the framework agreement in progress, namely no later than 31.12.2026, or earlier than the date specified in the event of the exhaustion of the amounts from the last subsequent contract. During the execution of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will award a minimum of two subsequent contracts/year, within the limit of the budget funds allocated, and the maximum duration of a subsequent contract is 6 months.
