Germany – General construction work for pipelines – Vergabe einer Dienstleistungskonzession im Zusammenhang mit Wärmelieferung im Bestandsgebiet Owingen

The municipality of Owingen intends to tender a service concession for the operation of an existing district heating network with approximately 1 MW maximum heat output. The concession includes the supply of approximately 1.1 GWh of heat per year to 13 buildings; future network expansion is possible.
