The town of Adenau plans to construct a new multi-storey car park at Wimbachstraße in 53518 Adenau. The existing multi-storey car park, built since 1982, will be demolished and replaced by a new building with approximately 194 parking spaces. The preferred option 1B (split-level construction, steel system construction) will be pursued. The site is on a slope; the structure must be secured against the slope. Furthermore, electric charging spaces are planned in accordance with legal requirements (GEIG) as well as a photovoltaic system on the roof (optionally with a green roof). The demolition of the existing multi-storey car park and any necessary earthworks/civil engineering for the foundation will be tendered as separate lots and are not the subject of this tender; they must be taken into account in the planning. Funds from the urban development support programme will be used for the measure. A design plan including the determination of the essential materials and a life-cycle assessment is to be created; an expert check by the SGD is to be expected. Compliance with the funding requirements must be ensured. The planning services will be tendered in three lots with separate notices for each: Lot 1 - Building design after § 34 HOAI in the performance phases 1-9, including - in each case to a lesser extent - the landscape design of the outdoor facilities after § 39 HOAI as well as the design of the connection to the public transport facilities after §§ 45 ff. HOAI; Lot 2 - Technical equipment after § 55 HOAI in the performance phases 1-9 (focus on electro: photovoltaics, charging/electromobility infrastructure, lifts; HLS secondary); Lot 3 - Structural design after § 51 HOAI in the performance phases 1-6. Estimated total construction costs (net, rough estimate of the feasibility study): Cost group 200 - approx. 500,000 EUR, cost group 300/400 - approx. 3,528,000 EUR, cost group 500 - approx. 250,000 EUR. This notice concerns Lot 1.
