Description

Erillisverkot invites applications to participate in the procurement of a customer portal system. Erillisverkko's aim is to find a supplier to build the customer portal system, as well as to respond to the system's maintenance and further development after the renewal. The target of the portal in question is to:

• Improve customer experience and self-service possibilities

• Streamline ordering and complaint processes

• Provide a centralized view of the customer's status, services, and agreements

• Enable integrations with back-end systems and views from these into the customer portal

The aim is to offer customers a self-service possibility so that customers can order Erillisverkko's products and services via the customer portal. In the first phase, the intention is to get Virve 2 devices and connections to the portal. Erillisverkot will request a solution proposal with justified technology choices from the supplier in the final tender. The final technology choices will be made in cooperation with the selected supplier, but the proposed technologies must enable the system's good maintainability and long-term sustainability. The target of the procurement will be a customer portal that supports customer management, order-delivery processes, and customer service. The estimated start date of the contract period is during 2026. The preliminary description of the procurement target and use cases are attached to the application.

In the tender phase of the procurement process, 5 candidates will be selected, or fewer if there are no suitable candidates.
