Czechia – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Zajištění podpory provozu a rozvoje Informačního systému Elektronická evidence soudních sporů (IS EESS)

The subject of this Public Procurement is to ensure the development, maintenance, and system support for the existing Information System Electronic Records of Court Cases (hereinafter referred to as “IS EESS”), which manages all data and information in the area of court disputes (including criminal cases) and enables their reporting based on variable input parameters. The subject of the contract includes the following services: a) providing IS EESS operation support services and other processes carried out by the Contracting Authority, providing management and maintenance of IS EESS, supporting its users and ensuring the support of IS EESS operation (hereinafter referred to as “Operation Support Services”); b) providing IS EESS development services and related activities in the implementation of changes, services related to the implementation of security measures and further services related to the termination of the provision of Operation Support Services, and that on the basis of Change Requests made in accordance with the Contract Proposal and to a maximum extent of 250 man-days for the duration of the Contract Proposal (hereinafter referred to as “Services on Demand”); c) providing training services (hereinafter referred to as “Training Services”), and that to a maximum extent of 20 man-days for the duration of the Contract Proposal; d) regular updating of the operational documentation provided by the Supplier relating to IS EESS (hereinafter referred to as “Operational Documentation”).
