Denmark – Snow-clearing services – LEVERING AF VINTERTJENESTEYDELSER TIL BOLIGSELSKABET SJÆLLAND

The contracting authority is obligated to ensure accessibility and safety on areas around the Contracting Authority's housing units by providing salting and snow clearing during the winter period. The Contracting Authority is therefore tendering a framework agreement for the execution of Winter Services, including salting and snow clearing on walkways, entrances, roads and parking areas in Boligselskabet Sjælland. The tender forms the basis for a framework agreement with 7 lots. Bidders can submit bids for one, several, or all lots. In Appendix 2 - Bid List, tab Prioritet, bidders can mark with an "X" which lots are desired as 1, 2 and 3 priority. The bidder's prioritisation wishes are guiding for the Contracting Authority's allocation. The Contracting Authority wishes high delivery security and to avoid supplier dependency. Therefore, it will only be possible to be allocated three (3) lots as Priority 1 (the bid is evaluated based on the most economically advantageous bid considering price and quality). The highest number of lots that can be allocated to one bidder is 4. The framework agreement comes into force on 01-10-2026 and expires without notice on 30-09-2029. The Contracting Authority has an option to extend the framework agreement by 1 x 12 months.
