The Board of Directors of the Lowys Porquinstichting, hereinafter referred to as the ‘contracting authority’ or ‘purchaser’, intends to put a contract out to tender for the integral management and maintenance of its real estate portfolio. The contract involves a multi-year service agreement for performance- and price-oriented maintenance (PPGO) of construction and technical installations, including the inseparably related framework agreement for the execution of works resulting from the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP). The (combination of) market party(ies) is hereinafter referred to as the ‘(potential) tenderer’ or ‘contractor’.
