Netherlands – Engineering services – Raamovereenkomst Ingenieursdiensten

The contracting authority is seeking seven (7) contractors to conclude a Framework Agreement for the provision of engineering services for the Municipality of Tilburg, with the aim of efficiently, flexibly, and qualitatively supporting the preparation, execution, and supervision of various civil engineering and spatial projects, throughout the duration of the Agreement. The Framework Agreement will be concluded for an initial period of four (4) years with the possibility of extending it twice by one (1) year. The contracting authority estimates the total contract value of the Framework Agreement at €12.000.000,-. The contracting authority assumes an average turnover of €2.000.000,- per contract year, which may vary per year. The contracting authority expects that the turnover per year will gradually increase during the duration of the agreement. This estimate is merely an indication and no rights can be derived from it.
