Germany – Electric buses – Beschaffung von bis zu 5 Niederflursolobussen mit Elektroantrieb

The contracting authority intends to procure up to 5 low-floor solo electric buses (electric buses) to electrify the bus fleet. The technical requirements and further service items can be found in Annex 6. The electric buses are to be used in public local transport. The final planning of whether electric buses are needed, how many electric buses are needed, and in which traffic they will be used, could not be completed. Due to grant-related deadlines, the final planning could not be awaited. Therefore, the contracting authority is tendering a framework agreement for the electric buses (see Annex 8 § 2). The contracting authority will, depending on demand, call off 0 to a maximum of 5 vehicles from the framework agreement. There is no obligation for the contracting authority to accept deliveries from the framework agreement. The latest delivery date for the vehicles is 2 years from the date of the binding order.
