Belgium – Operating theatre devices and instruments – Digitaal OK voor 3 OK-zalen

The contract concerns the renewal and expansion of the digital operating room platform of Heilig Hart Ziekenhuis Lier to a future-proof Video-over-IP infrastructure. This includes the setup of three operating rooms, including new cabling, hardware, audiovisual integration, and central control of video, audio, and data streams. The solution must support an efficient clinical workflow, provide integration with EPD and PACS, offer possibilities for training and teleconsultation (4K streaming), and guarantee high reliability. The contract is conceived as a total solution within a framework agreement of 8 years, including implementation, integration, training, and maintenance, with attention to scalability and future technological developments. The detailed technical and functional requirements, as well as the templates (including technical specifications, price list, SLA), will be included in the contract documents that will be provided to the selected candidates with the invitation to submit a tender.
