Description

The project "Flughafen München - Errichtung 3. Stromnetz" envisages the construction of a new, third medium-voltage network (20 kV) at Munich Airport. The aim is to ensure the sustainable and future-proof energy supply of the airport, particularly for the integration of electric mobility and photovoltaic systems. The 3rd network is to provide a transport capacity of up to 80 MVA in 2 expansion stages (2 x 40 MVA) and consists of two parallel heavy-duty rings, which, via 9 heavy-duty stations (SLTS) and their associated supply rings with numerous medium-voltage substations (MS-US), ensure energy distribution. The overall project includes: heavy-duty rings (2 x 40 MVA, 20 kV) with a total length of approx. 13.5 km, each consisting of 6 systems with individual conductors NA2XS(FL)2Y 1x300/25 and 9 heavy-duty stations (SLTS) as nodal points for energy distribution. Medium-voltage subrings for the connection of consumers and generators (PV systems, e-mobility). Cable empty pipe routes (DN200 for heavy-duty rings, DN150 for subrings) in open and closed construction. Shaft and trench systems incl. drilling (Microtunneling, flushing drilling) and walkable supply tunnels. Control technology, protection and auxiliary power supply systems according to IEC 61850. Buildings for MS stations as prefabricated concrete structures with standardised floor plans. Details can be found in the tender documents.
