The contracting authority is Technische Werke Ludwigshafen am Rhein AG and the contracting entity is WWVP GmbH. WWVP GmbH intends to finance the necessary investments through grants, and in particular, to apply for funding under the Guidelines for Federal Funding for Efficient District Heating Networks (BEW) of 01 August 2022. Due to the importance of the grants for the economic feasibility of the project, all the mentioned deadlines (in particular the final award of the individual lots, as well as all subsequent deadlines) are subject to the suspensive condition that a grant under Module 2 of the BEW is approved by the competent grantor (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control - BAFA).
