The contract takes the form of a framework agreement executed by issuing purchase orders, concluded with a single Contractor, with no minimum and a maximum quantity, defined by the number of beneficiaries to be covered for the period, set at 119 for EFP scholarships, and 93 for EDA Scholarships. The services include a candidate selection phase, a linguistic and cultural training module, and support for the trainee's mobility, as well as the management of the ERASMUS+ scholarship.
