This contract concerns the supply of a high-resolution UV laser lithography system for direct (maskless) writing on photosensitive polymers, which will operate in the Clean Room environment of the XLIM laboratory. It will be dedicated to the implementation of the scientific projects of the XLIM laboratory as well as for the developments of the PLATINOM platform of the University of Limoges, defined within the framework of the PLAFABAD project.
