A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the assortment-price form, which is Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, in the tender form, which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and in the contract project, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract consists of 53 lots. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial offers for individual complete lots. Each lot constitutes a separate partial offer. Each of the Contractors may submit an offer for any number of lots.
