France – Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and associated equipment – Prestations dans le domaine de la maintenance d'hélicoptères

The future contract concerns the provision of aeronautical, logistics and project management services by qualified personnel, within a Part 145 and Part CAMO organisation for helicopters. The services concerned include the provision of mechanics, logisticians, aeronautical technical offices, airworthiness managers and aeronautical operational support. With the main, but non-exhaustive, characteristics below:

- Aeronautical maintenance:

- Missions under controlled EASA Part 145 environment

- Compliance with procedures described in manuals (Maintenance Organisation, Airworthiness Management RTE, CAME etc.)

- Base (workshop) maintenance:

- Line maintenance visits

- Base maintenance visits

- Installation of mission optional equipment and/or STC

- Keeping nacelles in operational condition

- Keeping STC in operational condition

- Keeping mission optional equipment in operational condition

- Repair and/or structural modifications of metal and composite materials (application RDAS, MTC, STC)

- Manufacture of specific tooling

- Painting of sub-assemblies and aircraft

- Personnel supporting mechanics (support AIR22, workshop organisation…)

- Line maintenance mission (exploitation):

- AS350 and EC135 surveillance visits (VH line visit and/or VT thermographic visit)

- DI HGP (Super Puma) or HPP (AS350) sites

- Reinforcement for the air force

- HBE (helicopter firefighters) missions

- HEC (nacelle work) missions AS355 and EC135

- Reinforcement for certain missions (including weekends)

- Aircraft convoy

- Technical supervision

- Aeronautical logistics tasks (procurement of parts, stock management, warehousing, inventory…)

- Operational support tasks (refueller, planning, Part 145 Technical Office…)

- Tasks related to airworthiness management (Part CAMO and Part 145 Technical Office…).
