The subject of the contract is the supply, installation, and commissioning of laboratory equipment for the National Reference Laboratories at the National Veterinary Research Institute in Puławy. The subject of the contract includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of the following devices: Part No. 1 – Elisa Reader – 4 units Part No. 2 – Elisa Plate Washer – 4 units Part No. 3 – Real-Time PCR Device – 6 units Part No. 4 – CO2 Incubator – 2 units Part No. 5 – CO2 Incubator – 4 units Part No. 6 – Nucleic Acid Isolation Station – 1 unit Part No. 7 – Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer -80°C – 1 unit Part No. 8 – Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer -80°C – 3 units Part No. 9 – Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer -80°C – 2 units Part No. 10 – Centrifuge – 4 units Part No. 11 – Inverted Laboratory Microscope – 2 units Part No. 12 – Microwave – 1 unit Part No. 13 – Dewar Vessel – 4 units Part 14 – Evaporators – 4 units

The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1) supply of factory-new, produced in 2026, from current production and unused before the delivery date, excluding use necessary for testing proper operation, from the official distribution channels of the manufacturer, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights for the equipment in the scope specified in the contract project constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ along with their transport, delivery, and installation (if applicable) and setup at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority. All components of the device being the subject of the contract have a CE conformity certificate attesting to the conformity of the device with European safety conditions. The delivered equipment must be marked in such a way as to identify both the product and the manufacturer.

2) delivery with the order of the required operating instructions,

3) delivery of technical and user documentation related to the subject of the contract,

4) delivery with the order of warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary for proper operation wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if required for the proper operation of the product).

After delivery and/or installation at the Contracting Authority's premises, the equipment should be ready for correct, fault-free operation in the scope of all components and functions, in accordance with the description of these elements in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. It is not permissible to install additional elements (devices), software at a later date, especially for additional charge (this does not apply to consumable materials ordered during the operation of the equipment).

5) cleaning of the premises after assembly and installation of the equipment,

6) conducting training on the operation of the devices for the indicated employees of the Contracting Authority,

7) the costs of transport and insurance of the delivered device are borne by the Contractor,

8) all electrical elements of the offered devices must comply with the Polish power supply standard,

9) the Contractor shall be responsible to the Contracting Authority for being authorized to introduce the software installed in the offered devices into circulation and for the Contracting Authority, as a result of concluding the contract, being entitled to use all software supplied with the offered equipment within the framework of normal use (if applicable),

10) the Contractor is responsible for the entire contract, including its progress and timely completion, quality, compliance with technical and quality conditions and applicable legal provisions in this scope. A detailed description and the method of implementing the contract is contained in the OPZ, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and the contract project constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
