The procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure in accordance with the law (2016:1146) on public procurement in the utilities sector (LUF) in its latest version. Negotiations may, at the initiative of the Buyer, take place with the tenderers. Tenders may be accepted without prior negotiation. No compensation for costs incurred in connection with work on the application or tender will be paid.
