France – Advertising management services – Concession de mobiliers urbains publicitaires - mise à disposition, installation, entretien, maintenance et exploitation des abris-voyageurs et poteaux d'arrêt de la Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays Ajaccien

The Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays Ajaccien (CAPA) awards the concessionaire, under a concession contract with a duration of sixteen (16) years, the provision, installation, maintenance, upkeep and operation of public and non-public advertising bus shelters and bus stops, as well as the removal of the current bus shelters and bus stops deployed on its territory. The concessionaire remunerates itself by collecting the advertising revenue generated by the operation of the advertising faces, with the operating risk being transferred to the concessionaire in accordance with Article L. 1121-1 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract covers the deployment, maintenance, upkeep and advertising operation of the following urban furniture: - 127 advertising bus shelters; - 50 non-advertising bus shelters; - 174 bus stops. The Granting Authority also provides the concessionaire with 20 wooden bus shelters, of which it remains the owner, maintained, kept and operated under the same conditions. The concessionaire also ensures the removal and valorisation/recycling and/or disposal of the existing fleet (115 bus shelters on the MUVISTRADA network, 75 bus shelters on the MUVISCOLA network and 150 bus stops). The contract also includes certain associated services (communication vectors), to be determined by the candidates, as well as the possibility for the Granting Authority to request the installation of additional furniture and/or services based on the unit price schedule (Annex 5 of the contract draft).
