Supply and installation of furniture equipment for the Grotowice district community centre, located at Złota Street, Grotowice, Groszowice area, Opole. The contracting authority publishes a detailed description of the subject of the contract and a template of the contract on the internet page of the conducted procedure in the form of downloadable files. The contracting authority does not envisage awarding a contract as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Law. Pursuant to Article 257(1) of the Law, the contracting authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the subject of the procedure if the funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
