France – Computer support and consultancy services – Contrat-cadre Conseil IT 2027

This contract is a framework agreement for subsequent contracts for lump-sum services with performance commitments in the field of information technology and telecommunications, relating to IT strategy consulting missions. These services include: - Defining strategic visions and IT prospects; - Conducting strategic, economic and sectoral analyses; - Rationalising information systems and defining technological trajectories; - Identifying key issues and managing risks; - Developing digital strategies and IT governance; - Assisting with the implementation of customer relations and associated business knowledge. The modalities and detailed scope of the services are specified in the consultation documents, notably the terms of reference.
