The subject of the contract is the service of maintaining engines and power generation sets in the years 2026 - 2028, to be carried out in accordance with the contract documents. Details regarding the subject of the contract and the criteria for evaluating tenders will be included in the Specification of Contract Conditions, which, along with the description of the subject of the contract, will be provided to the Contractors invited to submit tenders. The scope of the contract foreseen for the years 2027 and 2028 will be implemented on the condition that the Contracting Authority receives confirmation from the budget funds manager in December 2026 and 2027 that it will receive the financial resources for the performance of the service in 2027 and 2028. Upon receipt of the confirmation of the availability of financial resources, the Contracting Authority will immediately notify the Contractor of the need to implement the scope of the contract foreseen for implementation in 2027 and 2028.
