Germany – Compilation of financial statements services – Jahresabschlussprüfungen

The SPRIND GmbH - Federal Agency for Breakthrough Innovations (SPRIND) intends to conclude a framework agreement for annual financial statement audits. The estimated contract value of 830,000.00 EUR (net) and the maximum value of 910,000.00 EUR (net) each relate to the contract period of four years (including the two extension options). Further information on the scope of services can be found in the service description (Part B of the tender documents). The SPRIND GmbH and its subsidiaries, as defined in the service description, are entitled to call off. The contracting entity may expand the group of companies by up to two small or medium-sized domestic capital companies (GmbH) during the contract period; these companies are also entitled to call off.
