The contract covers the overhaul of transmissions and the change of the system SPz Marder. Bidders must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information on the respective lots is derived solely from historical values and estimated requirements, and may include any additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate from the quantities required in a lot for the respective supply numbers. In any case, the upper limit for each order is the total quantity (estimated requirement + safety margin) summarized in the relevant lot. This contract does not oblige the AG to place individual orders. The contract period begins at the earliest on 01.01.2027 and ends after 4 years. If the existing contract between the HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
