Bulgaria – Repair and maintenance services of warships – Доков ремонт на кораби от състава на ВМС за проект 1265 Э – рамково споразумение

The subject of the public procurement includes repair activities for the restoration of the anti-fouling coating of the hull, the tightness of the bottom-keel fittings, and the technical parameters of the units, nodes, and mechanisms, ensuring the safe operation and use of the Navy's ships, in accordance with Technical Specification TS M 96.4921.25-UVO. The repair activities, which are the subject of this procurement, include: - Pre-repair testing of the material part and defect detection; - Manufacture of the docking set and preparation of the docking equipment; - Repair of the underwater part of the hull; - Repair of the shaft lines; - Repair of the propellers; - Repair of the steering gear; - Repair of the bottom-keel fittings; - Repair of elements of navigation and acoustic equipment mounted in the underwater part of the hull of the ship; - Repairs of the aggregates, mechanisms, and systems of the ship with expired technical resource or technically defective, which cannot be carried out when the ship is afloat; - Painting of the ship's hull; - Restoration of impaired watertightness; - Inspection and replacement of the protective protection; - Pressurization and repair of tanks; - Carrying out activities arising from the defect detection of the claimed material part during the repair, in accordance with the Docking Survey Act and defect detection descriptions, presented by the Contractor and approved by the Applicant. The public procurement includes classified information with the level "Confidential" according to item 13 of Section II of Appendix No. 1 to Article 25 of the Law on the Protection of Classified Information (LPCI). The subject of the procurement is a "sensitive service" within the meaning of §2, item 65 of the Ordinance on the Public Procurement Act.
