With this tender, the provision of containers for the collection of the conductor cables, the transport, and the proper disposal/recycling of conductor cables is requested. The estimated volume and cable types can be taken from the specification. Bidders can apply for individual lots or for all lots. Contractors are authorized to offer a price reduction in the event that they are the most economical bidder for more than one lot. The contracting authority reserves the right, in this context, under the aspect of overall economic efficiency, to award a contract for several lots. The maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a bidder is limited by the resources of the supplier. Details can be found in the tender documents provided on Mercell. Access to the tender documents is restricted. You will receive access to the tender documents after signing the enclosed confidentiality agreement. Confidentiality Agreement / NDA To protect the confidentiality of the contracting authority's information in the tender documents, a confidentiality agreement should be concluded. To do this, use the document "Unilateral Confidentiality Agreement" provided for download and send the copy signed by you via email to [email protected] and to [email protected]. Bidders are permitted at any time during the application process to transmit the signed confidentiality agreements to the contracting authority. The contracting authority will grant the bidder access to the tender documents after a plausibility check has been carried out. From this, the bidder cannot yet infer that the contracting authority certifies the bidder's suitability for further participation in the tendering procedure. In this regard, the contracting authority will, after the expiry of the application deadline, send separate invitations to submit offers to the bidders admitted to the tendering procedure. ATTENTION! This is a multi-stage procedure. In the 1st stage (participation competition), no tender documents are to be submitted! Technical, commercial and questions regarding the tendering procedure are to be submitted exclusively via the question/answer tool of the tendering platform Mercell within the time period granted for this purpose.
