**MATERIALE SANITARE-CONSUMABILE-ACORD-CADRU 36 LUNI-5 OE** - This procurement (,,Open procedure" online in a single stage (with the conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 36 months with five economic operators)), has as its object the supply of sanitary-consumable materials, through the conclusion of framework agreements for a period of 36 months and the subsequent contracts, depending on the actual need of the "Sf. Maria" Iasi Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children. The products to be procured are intended for the medical activities in the Operating Block, UPU, Dialysis, Oncology, Neurosurgery Compartment (for the treatment of congenital or acquired hydrocephalus in children) - as well as for covering the common need of the hospital sections and compartments, established by the Director of Care. The procurement includes both sanitary-consumable materials for current use, and products with specific destination, necessary for carrying out investigations, treatments, procedures and medical interventions, as well as consumables intended for use together with the existing medical equipment and devices in the hospital. The complexity of the contract/framework agreement=low. Since it is not possible to exactly estimate the quantities of disinfectants, and the allocation of financial resources is to some extent variable, it is considered appropriate to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 36 months with five economic operators. The framework agreement of products is concluded with each of the five economic operators declared winners (in the condition that there are five economic operators). The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders is 20 days, according to art. 160 of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification/supplementary information, on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, according to art. 160 of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments.
