The purpose of the contract is to provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for the entire set of car parks managed by Gramepark, the Municipal Vehicle Depot, the Gramepark office located at Plaça d'en José Cámara de la Hoz, s/n, in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, the offices of the own office, the EBAS office and the premises number 6 in the Plaza de las Cultures in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, to ensure the proper functioning, safety, preservation and operational continuity of these spaces and systems.
