The city of Dormagen plans to carry out extensive renovation of the Hackenbroich school centre. This will ensure the quality of the technical and structural installations and fire safety, enabling long-term use. Furthermore, additional goals, such as an energy-optimised building envelope and plant engineering, the use of sustainable building materials, and a DGNB Silver certification, will be pursued. For the implementation of the measures, grant funds from the "Energetic Renovation of Municipal Buildings in the Rhineland Coal Region" programme will be used. The relevant grant conditions must be observed. The subject of the present invitation to tender is the award of planning services for the renovation of the sports hall, with the planning services required for this purpose being divided into three lots: • Architectural planning services incl. landscape planning services (only building connection) for the renovation of the sports hall (Lot 1) • Building services engineering planning services for the renovation of the sports hall (Lot 2) • Structural engineering, building physics (thermal insulation and energy balancing, building and room acoustics) and energy efficiency expert for the renovation of the sports hall (Lot 3) For the implementation of the measure, grants from the "Energetic Renovation of Municipal Buildings in the Rhineland Coal Region", funding stream 1, are to be acquired. Therefore, a completion date of 31.12.2029 and settlement with the grant provider by 31.03.2030 will be required for the grant-eligible components of the measure. For the construction of the sports hall, it is intended to commission a general contractor on the basis of a functional performance description. In the event of a bid for several lots for the renovation of the sports hall, there is the possibility of submitting a cross-lot discount during the tender phase.
