Poland – Electric buses – Zakup i dostawa 13 autobusów z napędem elektrycznym wraz z dostawą 7 stacji ładowania pojazdów elektrycznych.

The subject of the order is: "Purchase and delivery of 13 electric buses along with the delivery of 7 vehicle charging stations". 1) 12 buses and 7 charging stations – Gmina Miasto Tomaszów Maz. 2) 1 bus – Gmina Lubochnia. The subject of the contract also includes deliveries and related services for the delivery of buses and charging stations, including in particular: 1) conducting training for the Contracting Authority's personnel required by the Contracting Authority, specified in the contract and the TED, 2) supplying tools and specialised equipment according to the requirements specified in the contract and the TED, 3) supplying electronic equipment (dedicated devices and systems), additional equipment (in particular in connection with the granted authorisation), software and necessary devices using this software according to the requirements specified in the contract and the TED, 4) supplying documentation required by the Contracting Authority, specified in the contract and the TED. 5. The Contractor ensures that the delivered buses will be of one brand and type, identical in terms of construction, technical parameters, equipment and equipment. 6. The Contractor declares that the delivered buses will have current homologation, certificates and approvals, in accordance with the applicable regulations. 7. In the event of a change in the law regarding the registration, homologation, sale or introduction into use of new buses (as well as sets and components for these buses), the Contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract taking into account these changes. 8. The Contracting Authority will carry out the formalities related to the registration of the buses at its own expense. However, if the registration or admission of the vehicles to traffic is refused on the basis of the documents supplied by the Contractor or for other reasons dependent on the Contractor, the Contractor will bear the entire cost related to the adaptation of the buses to Polish standards and requirements in accordance with Polish regulations. 9. The Contractor declares that each bus covered by the contract will be fully functional and will have the same equipment, equipment and technical parameters, identical and in accordance with the technical documentation, vehicle type approval certificate, the Contractor's offer, the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and the protocol of detailed agreements between the Parties (i.e. agreements required in accordance with the description of the subject of the order). 10. The Contractor declares that the vehicle charging stations will be fully functional and will have technical parameters in accordance with the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, as well as the necessary certificates and approvals, in accordance with the applicable regulations. 11. The Contractor grants the Contracting Authority authorisation to carry out technical services and repairs (both warranty and non-warranty) of the delivered buses during the warranty and post-warranty periods in the scope of mechanical, electrical and other works necessary to ensure the technical efficiency of the vehicles. The granting of authorisation by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority to carry out technical services and repairs of the buses (including warranty repairs) does not exclude the possibility of the Contracting Authority instructing other entities, at its own discretion, to carry out technical services or repairs, with the proviso that repairs and technical services of buses, their sets, systems, or components remaining within the warranty period may only be entrusted to other authorised service stations or authorised workshops of the manufacturers of sets, components and devices. The Contractor undertakes to promptly provide the Contracting Authority with an up-to-date list of authorised service stations or workshops, as mentioned above, for each application. The user of the vehicles will be: Miejski Zakład Komunikacyjny w Tomaszowie Mazowieckim Sp. z o.o., (MZK) ul. Warszawska 109/111, 97-200 Tomaszów Mazowiecki. The detailed description of the subject of the order, including the technical parameters, is in the annexes to the TED due to its size. Gmina Lubochnia has entrusted Gmina - Miasto Tomaszów Mazowiecki with the role of Leader conducting actions in the field of preparing and conducting the public procurement procedure for the purchase and delivery of emission-free buses - 13 units - including 1 unit for Gmina Lubochnia. The Contracting Authority, Gmina Miasto Tomaszów Mazowiecki, informs that the order is being conducted jointly with Gmina Lubochnia, ul. Tomaszowska 9, Lubochnia Dworska, 97-217, on the basis of an inter-municipal agreement No. WRI.1.2025 of 30 May 2025 on the joint preparation and implementation of the Project entitled: Low-emission/zero-emission transport implemented within the framework of the Regional Programme European Funds for Łódź 2021-2027 Integrated Territorial Investment Strategy of the Functional Urban Area of Tomaszów Mazowiecki - Opoczno for the years 2021-2027 with a perspective until 2030.
