Netherlands – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – IBM, Red Hat & SAP licentie expertise

Strategic Supplier Management for the Government (SLM Rijk) requires external expertise to supplement its own knowledge and skills in the area of IBM (incl. Red Hat) and SAP products/services and the ICT suppliers themselves. This external expertise is contracted until 31 March 2026, but must be re-acquired for the subsequent years in order for SLM Rijk IBM and SAP to continue to perform its tasks. Based on the experiences gained in recent years as well as the expected future developments, it is expected that the future need will average 675 hours per lot per year. Per lot, the assignment will be maximised at 4,000 hours (averaging 1,000 hours per lot per year).
